What we offer at Product-Link

Core Areas of Operation

Exportation of Minerals, Agricultural and Local Products

Product-Link International Company Limited engages in the strategic exportation of a wide spectrum of raw, semi-finished, and fully processed products that reflect Nigeria’s diverse natural wealth and cultural heritage. Our agricultural exports include high-value commodities such as beans, cashew nuts, melon seeds, sesame, ginger, coconut, and cocoa - all carefully sourced from certified producers across Nigeria’s major agro-belts. We also export a variety of seafood and poultry products, available in multiple preservation formats including refrigerated, naturally dried, salted, and ginger- or garlic-treated meats such as beef, mutton, pork, grass-cutter, as well as catfish, tilapia, chicken, and turkey. Our portfolio further extends to medicinal and vegetable-based exports including animal fats, herbs, roots, and essential plant compounds used in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. Additionally, we proudly showcase Nigeria’s rich textile legacy through the exportation of traditional fabrics and ready-made garments that meet global cultural fashion standards. Expanding beyond agriculture, Product-Link is also active in the exportation of solid minerals - a vital but underrepresented segment of Nigeria’s export economy. These include cotton, salt, tin, limestone, coal, tantalite, cassiterite, marble, dolomite, kaolin, gypsum, lignite, bentonite, baryte, lead, zinc, bauxitic clay, fluoride, clay, and granite. These minerals are sourced from verified mining cooperatives and are processed and packaged to meet international material grade specifications. Through our integrated export model, we ensure all mineral and agricultural products undergo rigorous quality checks, proper documentation, and compliance with destination country regulations. Our operations are designed to support economic diversification, drive sustainable development, and place Nigeria’s premium commodities and minerals on the global map with reliability and professionalism.

Comprehensive Logistics and Freight Services

We understand that the success of international trade depends heavily on efficient and reliable logistics. Product-Link offers a fully integrated logistics solution tailored to exporters and importers seeking seamless supply chain operations. Our services span from advanced packaging—designed to preserve freshness and prevent contamination—to high-resolution labeling and barcoding for effective inventory tracking and traceability. We provide secure, temperature-controlled storage for perishable goods and offer warehousing solutions for bulk commodities. Our transport network covers road, air, and sea freight services, managed by trained professionals and supported by cutting-edge tracking systems. To further streamline operations, we have developed a proprietary logistics application, now at an advanced stage of design, with copyright registration in process. This innovative app is engineered to optimize real-time shipment tracking, automate documentation, and enhance communication across the logistics chain, ensuring transparency and efficiency for all stakeholders. Whether you’re moving single product lines or managing large-scale, multi-product shipments, our logistics system ensures minimal delays, reduced spoilage, and strict adherence to both local and international freight regulations. By optimizing routing, consolidating shipments where necessary, and managing customs documentation, we help our clients reduce costs while ensuring their goods reach global markets intact, on time, and in full compliance with all border and transit requirements.

Product Processing and Quality Standardization

To meet the stringent requirements of global markets, Product-Link offers robust product processing and standardization services tailored to ensure export-grade compliance and extended shelf life. Our facilities apply advanced methods for reducing moisture content — a critical factor in preventing mold growth and post-harvest deterioration. We utilize food-safe preservation techniques to eliminate the use of harmful chemicals, ensuring that products are free from pesticide residues and suitable for markets with strict regulatory frameworks, such as the EU and North America. Our processing includes dehulling, grinding, slicing, dehydrator and vacuum sealing, among others, tailored to the nature of the commodity and its final use. These measures not only improve the cosmetic appeal of the product but also preserve its nutritional value and bioactive compounds. Every batch is evaluated against importer specifications, and our team conducts routine sampling, laboratory testing, and packaging validation. By adhering to global standards and leveraging modern processing technology, we enable producers to scale their operations and access premium international buyers with confidence.

Consultancy, Research & Compliance Services

At Product-Link, our consultancy division serves as a knowledge-driven hub offering expert insights into every aspect of export readiness. We guide farmers, aggregators, and processors on the selection and application of appropriate fertilizers to improve crop yield and reduce contamination. Our team advises on optimal harvest timing and post-harvest practices to minimize losses, retain product integrity, and improve storability. Through evidence-based assessments, we help clients align with the Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) set by the European Union and other international bodies, ensuring that exported goods comply with health and safety regulations. We also provide technical assistance to upgrade packaging facilities and recommend affordable, locally available technologies that enhance both product appearance and shelf life. A major focus of our research support is the control and minimization of MYCOTOXINS — toxic by-products from fungal contamination — which is a leading cause of export rejection. Our consultants work hand-in-hand with clients to prepare documentation, meet importer-specific standards, and obtain approvals from national agencies such as NAFDAC and NAQS, positioning them for smooth entry into international markets.

Technical & Training Services

Recognizing the role of industrialization in export competitiveness, Product-Link delivers tailored technical and training services that empower clients across the entire value chain. We support the selection, importation, installation, and commissioning of specialized machinery for agro-processing, packaging, and storage — including but not limited to threshers, dryers, dehydrators, pulverizers, freeze-dryers, spray-dryers, pelletizers, oil presses, and feed mills. Beyond supplying the equipment, we conduct structured training programs for operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel, ensuring that clients can independently manage their equipment and maximize operational uptime. Our training covers mechanical diagnostics, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and workflow optimization. Additionally, we offer hands-on guidance for feed production — a rapidly growing segment in the agribusiness space — helping clients to formulate, process, and package animal feed blends for local and international distribution. With our team’s support, smallholder cooperatives and industrial processors alike can build capacity, reduce operating costs, and improve the quality of outputs delivered to global markets.

Stakeholder & Industry Collaboration

Product-Link functions as a strategic facilitator between all key actors in the agricultural and export ecosystem. We help forge partnerships between primary producers, exporters, importers, academic institutions, government agencies, investors and professional bodies. Our goal is to ensure seamless collaboration that enhances productivity, research application, and policy alignment across the board. Through our outreach programs, we connect farmers with research institutes to improve access to disease-resistant seeds, organic pest control methods, and post-harvest innovation. We also coordinate forums and capacity-building workshops where stakeholders from universities, polytechnics, investors and government departments engage with exporters on emerging trends, compliance updates, and technology adoption. In addition, Product-Link, in collaboration with our sister company—Nava Engineering Ltd.—is at an advanced stage of formal partnership and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) negotiations with several embassies in Nigeria. These collaborations are designed to facilitate and smoothen access to new trade horizons, opening the Nigerian market to global opportunities and fostering strategic international connections. We further provide a platform for international buyers to interact directly with producer groups, thereby promoting trust, transparency, and long-term contract development. By actively bridging the knowledge, supply, and policy gaps, we strengthen Nigeria’s export value chain and drive inclusive growth across all levels of the production and distribution network.
